E-scooter regulations vary by province and municipality. In Ontario, e-scooters are permitted on roads with speed limits of 50 km/h or less. We recommend checking your local bylaws for specific regulations in your area.
Cold temperatures can reduce battery capacity by 20-40%. For best performance in winter, store your scooter indoors and let the battery warm to room temperature before charging. Avoid charging in freezing conditions.
We recommend charging after each ride or when the battery drops below 20%. Avoid letting the battery fully drain, as this can reduce its lifespan. Store at 50-80% charge if not using for extended periods.
Weight limits vary by model. Please check the product specifications above for the exact weight capacity. Exceeding the limit may affect performance and void the warranty.
