My partner and I recently purchased two e-scooters from Anita and we were blown away by the customer service!!
She reached out to us to make sure we would be home for the delivery almost immediately - and were able to get delivery the very next day!! She was super accommodating!!

We then got our e-scooters and she followed up to make sure we received them and that everything was okay.

My partner noticed some squealing with the brakes and so I reached out to Anita who told us to give it some time and that it should go away (along with a whole lot of other helpful advice!!).
With a few more trips, the noise is almost gone!!

My partner and I are just blown away.

I just messaged Ken about the unit 20 minutes before he came to deliver the unit. Guy's amazing and the unit is in tip top condition! If ever I decide to destroy the one I just got, I know who to contact to purchase a new one.

Ken took the time out of his day to drop off the scooter for me! I asked him to give me a quick demo and he did! The scooter itself is pretty straightforward and life changing in my honest opinion. A lot of potential with these scooter, but for now I'm pretty satisfied overall! Ken continues to still help me if I have any questions, so I strongly recommend going to him and purchasing these scooters before they become overpriced in the future!

I enjoy how smooth it is to ride around the coty on this scooter with its easy functionality and shock absorption. Although i typically use it for shorter rides, it is always comforting to not worry about having to recharge due to it’s exceedingly long range. Would recommend!

I got this scooter earlier in the summer and it’s honestly stood the test of time and has been absolutely perfect for my rides around downtown. The long range means fewer recharges, and the 40km/h top speed is quick enough for most commutes. The shock absorbers also make every ride smooth and super comfy.

This scooter is a game changer , I use it to get around town during my free time without needing
To charge every now and then, it’s also fast I believe it goes up to 40km/hr . As someone that used bird a lot this was a game changer for me , highly recommend
