Affirm/Sezzle Refunds
Orders placed through Affirm/Sezzle/shop pay may be processed for up to 3 business day unless otherwise required by Affirm/Sezzle/shop pay. All orders go through verification to ensure accuracy with the credit refund process.


Returns and Refunds

Enjoy a 30-Day Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted on most items by providing the original receipt (invoice) and reason for return or exchange within 30 days from the date the item was Delivered.

 All returns or exchanges must be in its original packaging and/or in acceptable condition of use for used items (all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase must be included unless otherwise approved).


Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee according to the tables below: 

For Items Purchased in Brand New Condition

In some cases, when there is fairness and transparency between our customers and our care team, we may waive any restocking fees.

All returns will include a prepaid shipping label.

Defective Items
If the item is truly defective, our customers have the option to get a free exchange or make a free return. Defective returns will be subject to an inspection time of up to 3 business days, unless otherwise waived.

Processing Time
The refund amount will be processed within 1-3 business day of receiving and inspecting the product

-Exchanges for Defective items-
Exchanges are also available and FREE in the event that the customer received a defective item and wishes to receive a replacement unit as opposed to a refund
