Love this scooter. Super easy to assemble and only took 1 business day to receive since I live in Toronto. Their customer service is exceptional, let alone the scooter itself. I'm familiar with other brands and thought to try this one as it was on sale. So far, zero regrets and will be purchasing a second one soon.
I enjoy how smooth it is to ride around the coty on this scooter with its easy functionality and shock absorption. Although i typically use it for shorter rides, it is always comforting to not worry about having to recharge due to it’s exceedingly long range. Would recommend!

I got this scooter earlier in the summer and it’s honestly stood the test of time and has been absolutely perfect for my rides around downtown. The long range means fewer recharges, and the 40km/h top speed is quick enough for most commutes. The shock absorbers also make every ride smooth and super comfy.

Bought scooter from FB Marketplace. Owner didn’t unbind when they sold it to me because they didn’t have the cellphone that it was bound to anymore. It was unbound in a few days! Highly recommended if you end up in a similar situation. Make sure you have proof of purchase.

Bought a G30 Max at auction but it was already locked to someone else. Sent the necessary paper work and they had it unlocked in less than 2 weeks.

I wanted to buy a scooter used to save on money but didn't want to deal with depleted or damaged batteries. For a little more than what I saw listed on Facebook marketplace I could buy with the peace of mind knowing there's an established store I could return to if there was a problem. This scooter runs exactly as I would expect a new one to run like. They offered me the option to wait for it to arrive in a box or have it as is delivered the later in the same day. It's been 10 weeks and everything is still running great. Also, I wasn't spammed asking for a review - this review was voluntary.

They were able to unbind a pre owned scooter I had purchased, and it took about 10 calendar days. Great to have full control of my scooter now!
