E-bikes arrive 85-90% assembled. You'll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and adjust the seat. Basic tools are included, and we provide video tutorials. Professional assembly is available at local bike shops.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The frame, motor, and battery are covered for 1 year. Wear items like tires, brakes, and grips are not covered.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Ridden or damaged items cannot be returned. Contact us to initiate a return.
