I wanted to buy a scooter used to save on money but didn't want to deal with depleted or damaged batteries. For a little more than what I saw listed on Facebook marketplace I could buy with the peace of mind knowing there's an established store I could return to if there was a problem. This scooter runs exactly as I would expect a new one to run like. They offered me the option to wait for it to arrive in a box or have it as is delivered the later in the same day.
