Very disappointing experience. I placed an order through their website and used a coupon code that their checkout system accepted and applied without any warning or restrictions. The final discounted price was clearly shown, so I completed the purchase in good faith.

Afterward, they contacted me saying the discount “wasn’t valid” and asked me to pay more or they would cancel the order. If the coupon had restrictions, their system should have clearly said so before accepting payment.

It feels misleading and unfair to approve a discount at checkout and then try to change the terms afterward. Customers should be able to trust the price shown when placing an order. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend based on this experience.

Ninebot S Max for GoKart Kit

I recently purchased a preowned Ninebot S Max from T-Dot Wheels to replace the standard Ninebot S installed on one of my daughters GoKarts. T-Dot Wheels went out of their way to help me select the correct equipment as well as provided me with professional technical advice on how to setup and properly maintain my Segway / Ninebot equipment - substantially more support than I have been able to obtain from the OEM in the past. In addition, the price T-Dot wheels offered me was the best that I can find in North America. Awesome E-bike and very reliable

The E-Bike has many high-quality features, such as changing gears, fat wheels, ,comfortable seat, springs and a removable battery.

However, there are three things to note:
1. It is heavier than the normal range of E-bikes.
2. The size is a little large, which might be a challenge for some riders.
3. The fat tires are elastic, which raises some concern about whether they puncture easily.
