I was a bit weary but I had just purchased a Ninebot G2 scooter that had very low miles and the previous owner no longer had the app on his phone. I showed proof of purchase and scooter info and the unbinding process occurred 2 days later. Works awesome and it’s not attached to my name. Highly recommend this service if you’re in a similar situation.
Service worked as described. Took two weeks and I was finally able to bind a used scooter I bought. Great service and fair price.

It’s great to know that there’s companies out there like tdot wheels who can provide services like this for honest buyers who just weren’t able to get it unbound on their seller on marketplace it worked with in seven business days of calling you would be crazy not to use this service if your scooter is bound
