30 Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted on most items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the original receipt (invoice) and reason for return are provided. All refunds must adhere to the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original packaging and in acceptable condition for use, including all manuals, accessories, and gifts with purchase.
- Non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 5% to 30%.
- The 5% restocking fee applies only to Brand New products that are unopened, unactivated, and in the original manufacturer packaging.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our shipping manager, with a valid tracking number and signature if available.
- Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned item.
- The refunded amount should appear within the original payment method within 3 - 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

2. Provide the reason for the return along with the necessary details.
3. Await further instructions regarding the return process.
4. Ensure the item meets the criteria outlined in the refund policy for a smooth processing of the return.
