Love it !

I wanted an e scooter to take my working dogs out late at night after work to drain their energy. I was sceptical at first but all the staff were super patient and answered all my questions. My ninebot is GREAT ! Tons of features. It has a fantastic front head lamp and break light . Built very well and easy to set up . Lots of great addition features in the app too ! My scooter has a ton of power and it is very fun. 100% happy with my purchase and my experience with tdot wheels!

Ninebot G30LP Unbinding Service

I’ve recently purchased a refurbished G30LP and it was bind to the previous owner account. I’ve googled online and found T-Dot’s unbinding service. I was skeptical at first but figured worst case scenario I lose $15. So I’ve took a chance with the purchase. It took about 10 business days to complete the order. It really worked! And now I don’t have to keep adding new device in the Ninebot app each time I open the app!

Quick and painless

I wanted to buy a scooter used to save on money but didn't want to deal with depleted or damaged batteries. For a little more than what I saw listed on Facebook marketplace I could buy with the peace of mind knowing there's an established store I could return to if there was a problem. This scooter runs exactly as I would expect a new one to run like. They offered me the option to wait for it to arrive in a box or have it as is delivered the later in the same day. It's been 10 weeks and everything is still running great. Also, I wasn't spammed asking for a review - this review was voluntary.

Very quick replies and easy to work with. They drove 1 hr to deliver my scooter too. However, my charger did not work and within an hr or so I received a brand new charger. I bought my scooter off Ken and I suggest everyone to do the same.

Amazing Customer Service on support for Pre-Owned Segway Max Scooter

I was a novice with my new scooter and had some issues with getting it going and unbinding it from previous owner etc. My email was returned the same day, they did trouble-shooting with me to get it going through text and ultimately helped fixed the problem during Canada Day long weekend! Went above and beyond and that goes a long way in building your customer base. Thanks again!
